After five years as the Halloween center of Southeast Kansas, Delbert and Sheryl Rowden have announced this will be the final year of their Halloween Fest.
“This is the final year, so we are going all out to make it something everyone will remember,” said Delbert. “This year we have over 5,000 pumpkins of all shapes and sizes. Being the final year, we wanted to have plenty.”
