The newly elected board of the Cherokee County Extension Council held their first meeting Thursday night in the Extension Board Room.
With the lack of a quorum present of the outgoing board the new board opened the meeting.
The board change-over was not smooth as the new board changed the agenda prepared by the previous board dropping several items.
