A new 4-H Youth Development Agent, Josie Welch, has joined the staff at the Cherokee County Extension office in Columbus. In this new capacity, Welch will be responsible for overseeing the Cherokee County 4-H Program and bringing researchbased education from Kansas State University to Cherokee County citizens.
