With the Comprehensive Plan having been adopted by the County Commissioners, the role of the Planning and Zoning Board has turned toward the development of county-wide zoning codes.
During their regular meeting on October 7, the Board reviewed a draft of the codes developed by Confluence, the county’s contractor hired to develop a comprehensive plan and subsequent zoning codes.
