Kevin Ray Wilson, 45, was arrested Wednesday by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies on charges of violation of the offender registration act and failure to appear and is being held without bail.
Phillip Ray Herndon, 54, was arrested Wednesday by Baxter Springs Police officers on three counts of failure to appear and possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and is being held in lieu of $2,810 bail.
