Cleva “Jean” J. Richardson, 86, of Oswego, died unexpectedly Sunday, March 7, 2021, at her home.
Born January 13, 1935, in Oswego, Cleva Jean was the daughter of Lewis R. and Maxine V. (Kirk) Willis..
