William Joseph Garrigan, better known as Willie Joe, 79, of Columbus, died at 4:49 a.m. Friday, November 26, 2021 at his home following an illness.
Born July 3, 1942, in Dagget, Michigan, Willie Joe was the son of Ron and Mary Ann (Parrette) Garrigan. He lived most of his life in Peshtigo, Wisconsin and had lived in Columbus the past 26 years.
Willie Joe retired in 2002 from Ace Electric, Columbus. …
