Phyllis, Darlene Brown, 82, of Grove, Okla., died Monday, April 18, 2022, at the Grandwood Sunrise Village, in Grove, Okla. Born September 1, 1939, in Lowell, Phyllis was the daughter of Clarence Heney Cramer and Ruby May Fry Cramer. They preceded her in death.
