Bill Mann, 69, of Baxter Springs, died Easter Sunday April 17, 2022 at 11:15 a.m. after a short illness. Born February 8, 1953, Bill was the son of Harry and Audrey Mae (Bradford) Burnside. They preceded him in death. Bill was also preceded in death by his brother Jack Mann.
