Arthella B. Eby, 80 of Quapaw, Okla., died Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Mercy Hospital, in Joplin, Mo. Born May 6, 1941 in Vernal, Utah, Arthella was the daughter of Robert Dallas and Althea (Rogers) Bodily.
