Charles E. McQuillan, 87, Baxter Springs, died Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
Born March 4, 1939, in Noel, Mo., Charles was the son of Louis Charles and Flossie McQuillan.
He spent his early childhood years in Noel and Southwest City, Mo. He later moved to Grenola, where he attended high school, before ultimately settling in Baxter Springs where he resided for the last 62 years.
