Evelyn Lourine Foley, 79, Baxter Springs, died peacefully Thursday, May 21, 2026, following a brief hospital stay.
Born August 16, 1946, in Kansas City, Mo., Evelyn was the daughter of Oscar and Audrey Robertson. She grew up in Baxter Springs, and graduated from Baxter Springs High School with the Class of 1964.
