Frank Warren Page 94, of Frontenac, died 6:24 a.m. Thursday February 18, 2021 at the Medicalodge of Girard, following a short illness.

Born May 28, 1926, in Pittsburg, Frank was the son of Verna Moten and Nida Blanche (Hanson) Page. Frank attended and graduated from McCune High School in 1943. He later graduated from Kansas Teachers College in Pittsburg, earning a bachelor degree in education. Frank was a 30-year veteran of the United States Navy serving in World War II and the Korean War.

Frank and Marcella Lee Kimmel were united in marriage April 6, 1952 at Pittsburg. She preceded him in death March 20, 2018. Frank worked as a high school math teacher at Frontenac High School for 30 years retiring in 1989. Prior to that he worked five years teaching in Dennison.

Frank was of the Christian Faith; was a member of the John F. Derby Post #43 in Frontenac; Naval Enlisted Reserve Association and the Fleet Reserve Association.

Frank is survived by his children Leslie Page (wife Janie) of Louisburg, and Karen Riffey (husband Charles) of Sawyer; and Verna Ashcraft (husband Kenneth) of Raytown, Mo. His brother, Tom Page of Tulsa, Okla.; grandchildren Tony Page, Patrick Page, Kevin Ashcraft, Ryan Ashcraft, Mike Ashcraft, Brandon Riffey, Angela Riffey-Storey, Erin Riffey-Peterson and Cherie Riffey, 16 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to his wife, parents, sister Charlene Parsons, grandson Charlie Riffey and infant grandson Jeff Page.

Graveside memorial services will be 12:30 p.m. Monday March 1, at the Fort Scott National Cemetery in Fort Scott. Father P.J. Voegeli will officiate with full Navy Military honors to follow.
