Julia Ann “Judy” Hopkins, 76, of North Miami, Okla. died Saturday, May 29, 2021 at her home. Born October 13, 1944 in Picher, Judy was the daughter of Carl and Opal Mae (Cole) Chazell. She had lived in the Picher, Okla. and Miami, Okla. area all her life. She was a waitress working at Vicky’s Café in Picher, Okla. and Charlie Brown’s in Galena.
