Linda Deloris Hummer, 73, of Baxter Springs, died Sunday June 27, 2021. Born September 9, 1947 in Miami, Okla., Linda was the daughter of John Davis and Margie Deloris (Smith) McBride. She was a graduate of Cherokee County Rural High School with the class of 1966.
Linda and Larry Hummer were married in 1967. He preceded her in death in 2013. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
A caretaker, Linda lived in the area all her life. She enjoyed crocheting and loved being with her grandkids. Linda is survived three daughters Christie Miller and Linda Carver both of Baxter Springs and Crystal Harvey of Miami, Okla. She is also survived by one sister Shirley Williams of Columbus and many many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
