Patricia Ann Tash, 69, of Crestline, died at 6:30 a.m.Thursday, July 8, 2021 at her home following an illness. Born March 25, 1952 in Greenville, Patricia was the daughter of Sidney and Jewel (Ferguson) Lang. She moved to the area in the mid-1960’s.
Pat worked as a nurse aide at the Barker Rest Home, in Galena for 10 years. She later cooked for the Riverton Head Start for 26 years until her retirement. She was a member of the House Of Prayer, in Riverton where she had served as a Sunday school teacher. Her favorite pastime was walking and taking care of her grandkids.
Pat and Arley Ray Tash were united in marriage May 1, 1967 in Columbus. He survives.
In addition to her husband, Pat is survived by two sons, Tim Tash (Melanie), of Baxter Springs and Travis Tash (Melissa) of Springfield, Mo.; two daughters, Angie Rawlins, of Crestline and Jayda Tash, of Conroe, Texas; brother, Wayne Lang (Cindy), of Columbus; four sisters, Shirley Morton and Sarah Thompson (Jason), both of Riverton, Nadine Woods, (Lance) of Baxter Springs and Gail Lang (Dave Haggard), of Webb City, Mo.; 15 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.
Pat was preceded in death by one son, Alan Tash, one grandson, Alan Tash II, and one granddaughter, Alexandrea Tash.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m., Monday, July 12, at Oak Hill Cemetery, in Galena. Pastor Audie Tash will officiate.
