Sandra Kay (Fielden) Westbrook, 76, of Oswego, died at 6:32 p.m., Monday, September 13, 2021 at Labette Health hospital, Parsons following an illness.
Born June 18, 1945 in Muscogee, Okla., Sandra was the daughter of Uriah and Florence (Schulte) Fielden. She lived most of her life in Muscogee, Okla.
For several years she worked as a waitress. Her last employment was as a nanny and housekeeper for the John Griffin family in Muscogee, Okla. She was a member of the Oswego Assembly of God. Sandra had devoted her life to caring for her kids and grandkids.
Sandra was married to Jim Westbrook. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Tod McBrien in 2012 and an infant baby boy, four daughters, Deborah, Danette, LaDonna and LaVonda; one brother, Eddie Fielden; and three sisters, Norma Nail, Eva Schutte, and Wilma Strong.
Sandra is survived by one son, Steve McBrien (Gwen), of Oswego; one sister, Carol Scott, of Muscogee, Okla.; six grandchildren, Riley, Jordan, David, Alexander, Isaac, and Emily and five great-grandchildren, Zay, Jax, Rye, Foster, and Nolan.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, September 18, at Elm Grove Assembly of God, in Muscogee, Okla. Burial will follow at Brushy Mountain Cemetery.
