Shirley (Theolet) Charlton, 78, of Neosho, Mo., formerly of Columbus, died Thursday, February 10, 2022, after a long illness with her family present. Born April 22, 1943, Shirley was the daughter of Lester and Myrtle E. (Murray) Theolet. They preceded her in death. Shirley was also preceded in death by a sister Billie and an infant sister.
