The Erie Red Devils pulled out a 41-40 squeaker in the boys’ basketball game in the Lion’s Den, Tuesday, at Baxter Springs.
The Lions led 33-30 going into the low scoring fourth. Senior, Garett Paxson, started the fourth with a field goal. It took almost four minutes before Paxson made one of two free throws to move the Lions up to 35 points. Erie dropped a three pointer for 33 points.
