Shane Eldon Beery, 50, was arrested Saturday by Oswego Police officers on charges of defective headlamps on motor vehicle and driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked and was released on $673.50 bail.

A federal grand jury in Kansas City returned an indictment charging a Kansas man with producing child sexual abuse materials.A magistrate judge in Massachusetts released Gayoso following his December indictment but the Kansas US Attorney objected and another judge overruled that decision.
