The winner of the Baxter Springs Cowtown Days Hot Dog eating contest on Friday evening was Mickie Hitchcock of Pittsburg. He wolfed down ten hot dogs in seven minutes and 28 seconds. Cory and Amber Moates of Moates Excavating sponsors of the event are with the winner.
