After another vehicle swerved to miss dog, 21 year -old Kellyn Delaney Lipasek of Baxter Springs, who was traveling north in a 2020 Hyundai, made an evasive maneuver to avoid that vehicle and struck the railing of a sidewalk bridge. The vehicle continued forward striking a concrete wall. The accident occurred Wednesday at approximately 3:39 p.m. in the 500 block of South High School in Columbus. Courtesy photo.
