Cherokee County Jail Report

Brittany Stamps, 35, was arrested Thursday by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies on two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of criminal trespass; posted locked fence property and two counts of aggravated assault; with a deadly weapon and is being held in lieu of $62,000 bail.

Area Accident Report

A one-vehicle accident resulted in injuries to five people. A Polaris Ranger 900 driven by Hailee R. Scott, 15, Galena, was traveling north on Southeast 110th Street three and six-tenths miles north of Galena. The passenger side tires dropped off the edge of the roadway.

Labette County Jail Report

James Lynn Williams, 38, was arrested Wednesday by Oswego Police officers on charges of failure to appear and is being held in lieu of $153.50 bail. Thommie-Lyn Stansky, 27, was arrested Thursday by U.S. Marshals on a warrant and was released.
