Viola Mae Hazley Powell, 92, Joplin, Mo., died Friday evening, July 3, 2026 at her home.
Born June 25, 1934, in Oswego, Viola was the daughter of Albert Hazley and Florence Caldwell Hazley. She received her primary school education through eighth grade in Kansas.
