Sharon Lomas, 78, Galena, died at her home Monday, November 13, 2023 following an illness. Born in Maywood, California February 22, 1945 Sharon was the daughter of Herman Pace and Mary (Olds) Pace. She graduated from Paramount High School in Los Angeles, California with the Class of 1962.

Olen Tyrell Thronebury, 50, Commerce, Okla., died Sunday, November 12, 2023 in Commerce, Okla. Born June 20, 1973 in Parsons Olen was the son of James and Catherine (Dickey) Thronebury. He had lived in the Commerce area most of his life and was a 1991 graduate of Commerce High School.

Joseph Godin, Tecumseh, Mich.

Joseph M. Godin (Joe), 91, died November 9, 2023 in Tecumseh, Michigan. Joe was born June 8, 1932 in Fort Riley. After high school in 1952, he was drafted into the Army to serve in the Korean War, returning on Veterans Day November 11, 1954.

Sidney Wayne (Stoney) Lang, 69, Columbus, died 9:49 p.m. Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Mo, after battling a long illness. Born on April 19, 1954, in Leland, Miss., Wayne was the son of Herman Sidney Lang Jr. and Tommie Jewel (Ferguson) Lang.

Maria E. Mooney Roberts, 82, died November 8, 2023. Born June 29, 1941, Maria was the daughter of Tom Mooney and Alice Holt Mooney of Columbus. Maria and Robert L. Roberts were united in marriage after high school. They had five Children David, Diane, Johanna, Susan and Shelly.

George Graves, 80, Baxter Springs

George Eugene Graves, 80 of Baxter Springs died Monday, November 6, 2023 at his home. Born December 19, 1942 in Miami, Okla., Gene was the son of George Madison and Pauline Lilly (Welch) Graves. After high school, Gene served in the United States Navy from 1960-1964.
