Columbus victorious in CNC League sweep at Girard

The Columbus Titans won a pair of weather delayed games at Girard, Friday, 6-1 and 7-3 in a CNC League match up with the Trojans. Syler Schuberger, junior, got the start on the mound for the Titans and the win in game one.

Junior Babe Ruth sign-ups set

The Columbus Babe Ruth League held their first sign up last night and will be back at the Columbus Community Field Ball Park, Thursday, for another opportunity at 6 p.m. A fee of $60 will be taken for players ages 1315.

CJHS earns four golds in Frontenac

A cold, rainy day produced four gold medals for the Columbus Junior High School Track and Field Team in Frontenac, April 18. The eighth grade boys placed fourth in team standings with Cole Howard taking first place in the 100 meter and the 400 meter dashes and Kash Smith winning the discus.

Titans to meet at Jayhawk-Linn

Members of the Columbus High School Track and Field Team traveled to Mound City, for a meet at Jayhawk-Linn High School, Monday. Faith Williams, freshman, took second in the pole vault.

CUHS third at Columbus Invitational Tourney

The Columbus Unified High School Golf Team placed third in the Columbus Invitational Tournament, Tuesday, at the Brush Creek Golf Course. Junior, Kanyen Smith, led the Titans with a score card total of 85 for the 18hole course and a fourth place individual medal.
