I don’t spend much time on Facebook, but in February I was required to do nothing but “rest” for two weeks—surgeon’s orders.
That “down time” provided me with Facebook scrolling, reading and handwork stitching time.
I’d noticed one FB entry where a couple of black women were encouraging visitors to travel to Gees Bend, Alabama to tour a quilt museum.
I didn’t give that segment another tho…
