Carona Post Office items to Gay Parita

The Heart of the Heartlands Railroad Museum has agreed to donate to John Parsons the old post office boxes and post office window which was acquired several years ago. The fixtures were in the general store in Carona for several decades.

Football contest winners

Register of Deeds mails 109 titles

The Cherokee County Register of Deeds announced Monday that 109 deeds were mailed to the buyers of property at the July 18, 2023 delinquent property tax sale. This put the 109 parcels back on the tax rolls for the county, school districts and cities.
