Altamae Glasgow, 79, of Baxter Springs, died March 9, 2021, at Quaker Hill Skilled Nursing in Baxter Springs following an illness. Born January 20, 1942 in Quincy, Ill, Altamae was the daughter of Alvin and Ethyl (Buskirk) Glasgow. She moved to Joplin, Mo. from Quincy, Ill. in 1976.

Dawna C. Wagner, 86, of Columbus and formerly of Chetopa, died at 11:43 p.m., Monday, March 8, 2021, at her home. Born May 9, 1934, in Chetopa, Dawna Clydene was the daughter of Thomas Milton and Prudence V. (Castle) Ballard. She grew up and attended school in Chetopa.

Paul (David) Hance, Jr, 61, of Carl Junction, Mo. died Tuesday, March 9, 2021 in Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Mo. Born August 20, 1959 in Webb City, Mo., David was the son of Paul and Kathleen Hance. He was a lifetime resident of Carl Junction.

Linda Kay (Spangler) Baker 73, died March 6, 2021. She was born in Pittsburg, January 10 1948 to the parents Lawrence Spangler and Kay Ruth Meyers Spangler. Shortly after her birth, they separated. Anne Madea Spangler took over the role of mother and they had a loving relationship.
