The Columbus Cal Ripken 12U All-Stars hosted the 2023 State Tournament, Friday through Sunday at the Community Field Ballpark. In Game 1, Friday, Frontenac got the best of the home team, 8-2. Columbus MVP for the game was Isaiah Williams. Kash Spear received the WOW Award.
The Columbus Cal Ripken 8U All-Stars hosted the Kansas State Tournament, Saturday and Sunday at the Community Field Ballpark. The local All-Stars played their first game against Parsons in Game 2, Saturday, suffering a 20-14 loss. Kayson Kesinger received the WOW Award and Cruz Sharp was named the MVP for Columbus.
