The Columbus Cal Ripken Rookies 8U All-Star Team are hosting the Kansas Cal Ripken 8U Rookie State Tournament, Saturday and Sunday at the Community Field Ball Park. Coaches for the team are Tim Scott, Craig Hale, Jason Johnson, and Matt Haviland. Players are middle row: Brady Hale, Cruze Sharp, Briggs Johnson, Lucas Haviland, Kolt Carter, and Jaxsyn Robinson. Front row: Trapper Clark, Conner Scott, Baylor Bowman, Kayson Sullivan, Lee Snow, and Wyatt Patton.
Members of the Davis Real Estate 8U Coach Pitch Team collected their third place medals at the Columbus Cal Ripken League Closing Ceremony, June 27, at the Community Field Ball Park. Team members include Gus Garrison, Kayson Kessinger, Baylor Bowman, Connor Crain, Luke Bell, Kolt Carter, Kasey Rowe, Colt Crain, and Brady Hale. Coaches for the team are Craig Hale and JJ Carter. The Mid America Pipe 10U Columbus Cal Ripen Minor Leaguers placed third in final standings and picked up their medals at the closing ceremonies Tucker Siemer, Wayne Youngblood, Eamon Wilkins, Ryker Saporito, Liam Casey, Lane Olson, John Parsons, Arlo Eckhardt, Jase Stephens, and Texas Siemer.
