Robert Edward Harlow, 94 of Columbus, died June 7, 2023, at Medicalodge in Columbus, after an illness. Born May 5, 1929, at Alamedia, Calif., Robert was the son of George Í. Winfield and Beatrice Boehmer Harlow. He attended school in Alameda and Oakland, Calif. His loving wife, Maudie Amanda Rogers, preceded him in death in October of 2018.
As a career, Robert worked as the maintenance supervisor for Shasta College in California. He had lived in the Columbus area for over 30 years. Some of his hobbies included fishing, muzzle loader guns and making woodworking crafts that his wife loved to paint.
Also preceding him in death was his brother, George W. Harlow.
Robert is survived by two stepchildren: Donald Price and Danny Price both of Redding, Calif.; four grandchildren: Hillary White, Stacy Price, Michelle Best, and Shawn Price.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Derfelt Funeral Home of Columbus. A graveside service was held Monday, June 12 at Edgmand Cemetery.
