William Hoffman III 78, of Oswego, died Friday, June 30, 2023, after battling chronic illness. Born in Oakridge, Tenn. January 17, 1945, Bill was the son of William and Della (Scowden) Hoffman. The family moved to when he was six months old and Bill attended Oswego schools until he graduated high school in 1963.
