Kenneth Sigafoose, Columbus, Miss.

Kenneth “Kenny” Paul Sigafoose, 69 of Columbus, Miss. died Friday, July 14, 2023, at his residence. Born January 10, 1954, in Columbus, Kansas, Kenny was the son of Paul and Twila Beggs Sigafoose. They preceded him in death. Kenny was also preceded in death by his step-child, Renee Kinard Kim.

A graduate of Columbus Unified High School with the class of 1972, Kenny was a veteran of the United States Army and also served in the Army National Guard. He was a member of the American Legion and enjoyed playing cards with other Veterans. He loved to cook.

Kenny is survived by his wife, Grace Elaine Moore Sigafoose; son – Kenneth Paul Sigafoose, Jr.; grandchild, M.J. Sigafoose, Shey (Cindy) Vick and Taylor (Bayleigh) Vick. His brother, Jerry Sigafoose; numerous nieces and nephews and all the men and women he served with in the Army also surive.

A visitation will be held Thursday, July 20 from 11 a.m. until noon at Lowndes Funeral Home, in Columbus, Miss. A graveside service will follow at 1 p.m.at Soule Chapel Cemetery, in Macon, Miss. Brother Danny Browning will officiate. Pallbearers will be his fellow veterans.
