Violet Marie Comer 74, of Riverton, died at 10:52 p.m. Thursday August 3, 2023 at the Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Mo. following an illness. Born May 21, 1949 in Columbus, Violet was the daughter of Amos and Violet Virginia (Parmelee) Belden. She was a lifelong resident of the area and attended area schools. Violet married Richard Comer.
