Michael Earl Hessee, 73 of Baxter Springs, died Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Landmark Hospital, in Joplin, Mo. Born January 19, 1950, in Yuba City, Calif., Mike was the son of Billy Joe and Leona Mae (Riddle) Hessee.
