Berva Dean “Deanie” Packard, 91, of Chetopa, died Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Legacy Living in Baxter Springs. Born April 4, 1932 in Chetopa, Deanie was the daughter of Harry Elmer and Orpha Jane (Ballard) Ridgway. They preceded her in death. Deanie was also preceded by her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Patsy Sue Foss.
