Frances Lee Ashen, 96, of Parsons, died at 3 p.m., Monday, September 4, 2023, at Labette Health. Born June 28, 1927, in Cairo, Ill., Frances was the daughter of William and Maude (Holland) Barrow in Cairo, Illinois. They preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Bill Barrow.
