Williams named to lead US Wildlife Service

Kansas Wildlife and Parks Secretary Steve Williams has been nominated by President Bush to be the next director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Williams, 44, joined the administration of Gov. Bill Graves in April of 1995. He oversees a department of 400 people and a budget of $39 million.
