James Leslie Frazier, 51, of Grove,Okla., died Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Mo.
James, son of Debbie (Melton) Simon and Ronald Frazier, was born November 23, 1971, in Baxter Springs. His father preceded him in death.
James was a devoted son, father and grandfather. He loved and enjoyed his grandchildren and never missed an opportunity to spend time with them. When James wasn’t spending time with his grandchildren, he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
James is survived by his mother, Debbie Simon and her husband, Leo, of Neosho, Mo.; his fiancé, Misty Diaz, of Grove, Mo.; his children, James Ryan Frazier (wife, Charmae), of Carl Junction, Mo., Jacob Allen Frazier, (wife, Dakota), of Jay, Okla. and Justin Frazier, of Grove, Okla. Siblings, Farrah Tolbert (husband, Rickey), of Carl Junction and Jennifer Morris, of Neosho, Mo.; six grandchildren; 12 nieces and nephews; and four great nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to his father, James was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald Kidwell III, Eric Frazier and Ryan Frazier; and one son, James L. Frazier, Jr.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Mo.
