Radgie Wayne King, 46, of Baxter Springs, died May 11, 2023, at Freeman Hospital, in Joplin, Mo. Born January 8, 1977, Radgie was the son of Shirley and Joe King. They preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by one sister Joann, two brothers Joey and Ray Dean along with his niece Briann.
Radgie grew up in Lowell, with his parents and brothers and sisters. He attended Riverton grade school and high school. He loved his music always saying how he wanted to be a rapper, now his dream can come true in Heaven.
Radgie is survived by two daughters, Shannon and Shelby King; four brothers, Charles (Shari), Bill (Teresa), Wesley and Rusty; and three sisters, Debbie (Ken), Patty, Shari and Angie along with many friends and family.
The family will have a celebration of life on 2 p.m., June 3, at the homestead in Lowell, during the celebration of life for Ray Dean that passed on April 7, 2023. The celebration starts at 2 p.m.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Derfelt’s Baxter Chapel.
