Rhonda L. Rodgers, 65, of Columbus, died at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Mo. Thursday July 27, 2023. Rhonda was born on January 16, 1958, to Cecil and Joanne (Matney) Carlisle. They preceded her in death. Rhonda was also preceded in death by her brother Rod Carlisle and sister Diane Nieses Rhonda was married to David Rodgers November 11, 1980. He survives.
