Jenifer Lyn McDonald, 47, of Pittsburg, died September 9, 2023, of a sudden illness. Born February 13, 1976, in Pittsburg, Jenifer was the daughter of Captain James L. and Barbara Williams Hurt. She had lived in Pittsburg for most of her life.

Kenneth Munger

Kenneth Ray Munger, 77, died September 12, 2023 at Comfort Care Homes in Pittsburg. Born June 1, 1946, Kenneth was the son of Ora and Hazel Munger-Large. Kenneth served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1968 to 1970.

Richard Leon Girton, 84, of Galena, died at 2:37 p.m. Tuesday, September 12, 2023. He accidently drowned while fishing at the strip pits. Born November 03, 1938, in Galena, Richard was the son of Wayne and Mary Louise (Lentz) Girton. He was a lifetime resident of Galena.
