Frank Warren Page 94, of Frontenac, died 6:24 a.m. Thursday February 18, 2021 at the Medicalodge of Girard, following a short illness. Born May 28, 1926, in Pittsburg, Frank was the son of Verna Moten and Nida Blanche (Hanson) Page. Frank attended and graduated from McCune High School in 1943.

Keith Marine Roberds, 64, of rural Pittsburg, died at 8 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2021 at his home. Born March 22, 1956, at Pittsburg, Keith was the son of Dale G. and Lois L. (Black) Roberds. He graduated from Columbus Unified High School and later from NEO A&M in Miami, Okla.

Darrel Endicott, 77, Asbury, Mo.

Darrel R. Endicott, 77, of Asbury, Mo, died Saturday February 13, 2021, at Cox South in Springfield, Mo., following a short illness. Born May 6, 1943 in Treece, Darrel was the son of the Raymond and Mary Elnora (Smith) Endicott. He has been an area resident most of his life.

Ronald Gene Hale, 71, Columbus

Ronald Gene “Ronnie” Hale, 71, of Columbus, died Monday February 15, 2021 at 4:10 p.m. at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Mo. following an illness. Born July 27, 1949 in Columbus, Ronnie was the son of Gordon Earl and Emma Lou (Wyrick) Hale.

Teddy Ray Griffith, 59, Park City

Teddy “Ted” Ray Griffith, 59, of Park City, died suddenly February 8, 2021 at his home Born in Joplin, Mo., Teddy was the son of William “Sid” Griffith and Betty Jo (Fortner) Griffith. He lived in Seneca, Mo. until his family moved to Miami, Okla. when he was young.

Eugene Meeks, 92, Altmont

E. Eugene “Gene” Meeks, 92, of rural Altamont, died the afternoon of Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at his home. Born May 25, 1928, at Sharon, Elvin Eugene Meeks was the son of Curtis and Dorothy Faye (McClaflin) Meeks. As a young boy, Gene grew up and attended school in the Cherokee, Oklahoma area.

Glen Allen Blancett, 82, Weir

Glen Allen Blancett, 82 of rural Weir, died February 11, 2021 at his home. Born at home June 18, 1938, in Pittsburg, Glen was the son of Jesse and Juanita (Shields) Blancett. He attended Forest Park School, Lakeside School and graduated from Pittsburg High School with the class of 1956.

Teresa Kloer, 59, Columbus

Teresa Marie Kloer (Schmidt) 59, of Columbus died February 14, 2021 at Kansas University Medical Center, in Kansas City following an unexpected illness. She was born October 14, 1961 in Pittsburg. She was the daughter of Paul and Agnes (Zortz) Schmidt of Columbus.

Darla Marie Ross, 57, Riverton

Darla Marie (Cannell) Ross, 57 of Riverton, died February 11, 2021 at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Mo. Born January 29, 1964 in Los Angeles, Calif., Darla was the daughter of Norman Curtis and Helen May (Murphy) Cannell. They preceded her in death.

John Tavernaro, 66, Frontenac

John Thomas “Tommy” Tavernaro, 66 of Frontenac, died February 15, 2021 at his home. Born August 19, 1954 in Kansas City, Mo., Tommy the son of Angelo and Dorothy (Stillwell) Tavernaro. Tommy and Barbara Jackson were united in marriage June 29, 1979, Miami, Okla. She survives of the home.
