Baxter Springs road closing concerns coming to end

Concerns over the upcoming road closures on U. S. Highway 166 and Five Mile Avenue may be coming to an end soon following updates at the Baxter Springs City Council meeting. Council Member Kelly Abbott reported the latest updates to the project during the May 10 session.
