Simpson sets new school record for 800 Meters

Levi Simpson, set a new school record in the 800M Run at Frontenac, Thursday, beating the mark set in 1988 by nearly four seconds. The Central Junior High School Seventh Grader ran a time of 2:22.5 minutes in the race and placed third. His time erases the 2:26 minute record set by Joshiah Covert.
