Latisha Ann Butler, 39, was arrested Sunday by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies on charges of possession of certain hallucinogenics with one prior conviction and use or possess drug paraphernalia for use in the human body and is being held in lieu of $2,000 bail.
